1.2L REVOTRON Bi FUEL CNG ENGINE 120 5. Relieve the radiator coolant pressure by slowly opening the radiator cap. 6. Disconnect hoses to the regulator. 7. Remove the mounting bolts and take out the regulator. FITMENT For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse.  Conduct leak detection test after.  CYLINDER VALVE FROM CNG CYLINDER: (ON-BENCH PROCESS) REMOVAL NOTE Do not remove CNG cylinder valve unless CNG cylinder is empty. 1. Start the vehicle and keep running to empty the CNG fuel from the system. 2. Hold the cylinder in a suitable fixture. 3. Remove the cylinder valve from the cylinder using a torque wrench & tightening tool (Part No: 5402 5890 47 01). WARNING Make sure that the removal is carried out in a well ventilated area. Even after the gas in the cylinder is completely consumed by running the engine till it shuts down after consuming all the gas in the cylinder, there is still be some residual pressure in the cylinder. Extreme Caution must be exercised when attempting to remove the cylinder valve from the cylinder. FITMENT 1. Remove the thread protection cap from the “cylinder neck” (for new assembly) and ensure that the threads are free from burrs and any irregularities.
