1.2L REVOTRON Bi FUEL CNG ENGINE 119 5. Disconnect gas connections to the receptacle and remove the gas line. 6. Open the fuel flap and remove mounting bolts to the receptacle. 7. Remove the receptacle unit. FITMENT For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse.  Conduct leak detection test after the fitment. Maintenance of CNG filler valve: The Filling receptacle requires minimal maintenance except for the periodic replacement of eth O-ring which needs replacement every 15,000km.  REGULATOR REMOVAL NOTE The CNG Pressure Regulator is not a serviceable part. 1. Close the CNG shutoff valve at the cylinder. Start the vehicle and keep running to empty the CNG fuel from the system. 2. Disconnect battery negative cable. 3. Disconnect electrical connection to the regulator. 4. Disconnect the gas HP pipe. CAUTION There may be residual pressure in the high pressure line which could get relieved during this operation.
