HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 64 NOTE: ‘BCS aux. tank cap must be in open condition while draining coolant’. NOTE Use special tool to keep HV battery. 9. First Loosen and Remove the mounting screws of Rear side HV battery assembly using Hydraulic Trolley / Scissor lift with vehicle from bottom side. 10. Then loosen and Remove the mounting screws of Front side HV battery assembly using Hydraulic Trolley / Scissor lift with vehicle from bottom side. Fitment Follow reverse procedure for HV battery assembly considering following points. 1. Align the Front side HV Battery using Hydraulic Trolley / Scissor lift with vehicle from bottom side. 2. Once all 4 bolts are hand tightened and fitment is ensured, Tighten the fasteners to the recommended torque 6.4 Kgf m in diagonal pattern. 3. Align the Rear side HV Battery using Hydraulic Trolley / Scissor lift with vehicle from bottom side. 4. Once all 6 bolts are hand tightened and fitment is ensured, Tighten the fasteners to the recommended torque 6.4 Kgf m in diagonal pattern. 5. Follow the assembly for other parts in reverse order of removal.
