HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 63 C. HV BATTERY REMOVAL 1. Refer Instructions for working on HV Components mention before starting work. 2. Refer Instructions of HV connector Lock removal process before starting work 3. Remove the connector and chassis ground cable connected to HV battery assembly. 4. Disconnect and Remove the connector and powertrain harness connected to HV battery assembly 5. Disconnect and Remove the connector harness to HV split battery assembly 6. Disconnect and Remove the cable to HV split battery assembly. 7. Remove coolant, Use drain plug connectors to remove coolant from system. 8. Remove the spring band clamp and hose connected to HV battery assembly.
