BODY 39  TAILGATE LATCH REMOVAL 1. Remove the tailgate bottom trim. 2. Disconnect the connection between latch and the Lock Barrel. 3. Remove the mounting Hex Screw and Pull out the tail gate lock from outside. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. NOTE Check the condition of the tailgate lock. Replace the lock if broken or damaged. 2.20 TAILGATE TRIM REMOVAL 1. Open the tail gate. 2. Pull out the two mounting clip and highlighted trims. 3. Remove bottom mounting screw from tailgate bottom cover.
