HVAC 50 9. After rotating the blower assembly by 20 degree in anti-clockwise direction using special Tool part no. 5412 5890 0703 & take out the blower assy. from left side in shown direction. FITMENT For fitment follow the removal procedure in reverse. E. FRONT HVAC UNIT REMOVAL 1. Recover the refrigerant using standard recovering equipment. 2. Remove dashboard assembly. (For procedure refer dashboard removal procedure in Body sec- tion.) 3. Remove Plenum Assembly. 4. Disconnect all electrical connections. 5. Loosen and remove bolts and disconnect the inlet and outlet lines i.e. high pressure line and low pressure line and plug the ports. 6. Drain the coolant. 7. Disconnect the Heater inlet and heater coil outlet pipes.
