BRAKES (EPB) 36 J. BOOSTER NRV REMOVAL 1. Disconnect the spring band clamp and remove the vacuum line connected to the non-return valve. 2. Loosen and remove the NRV from the booster by rotating it in anticlockwise direction. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. NOTE Vacuum pipeline routine/ vacuum hose orientation to be ensured after fitment. K. BOOSTER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL 1. Position vehicle on two post lift and disconnect battery. 2. Drain the brake fluid from the brake circuit. (For procedure refer brake fluid draining in this section.) 3. Disconnect the electrical connector of brake fluid level switch. 4. Disconnect vacuum hose from brake booster. 5. Remove the spring band clamp at the CMC end and hold the CMC to reservoir connecting hose in vertically upward position to avoid any further loss of fluid and plug the openings with suitable cap.
