SUSPENSION 33 20. INSTALLATION OF REAR DAMPER ASSEMBLY AND COIL SPRINGS: 1. Refit the Damper Assembly top mounting fasteners with new nylon nut on Body and tighten to 11 kgm Torque. 2. Fit and rotate the top rubber with the coil spring. LH / RH Spring Orientation 3. Position the spring bottom rubber pad is to fixed to twist beam in two holes. Spring to be oriented such that end rest and against the stopper of bottom rubber pad. Spring Orientation 4. Raise the torsion beam using hydraulic jack so that the coil spring gets compressed and Damper Assembly sits exactly over torsion beam properly. 5. Refit and Torque Rear Damper Assembly Bottom Fastener. (As per torque table). 6. Refit the rear wheels. 7. Remove the Car from 2 Post Lift. NOTE: While fitment of damper the bottom bush to be tighten in ECIE / Preload condition. Jacking on the beam not to be done to avoid failure.
