CLUTCH 7 10. ON VEHICLE PROCEDURES A. SPECIAL TOOL ASSEMBLY:  The process to fix cover assembly on flywheel has an impact on its functional characteristics.  In order to preserve the conformity, it is necessary to apply counter force free process (clutch to be assembled in clutch disengaged condition) on clutch.  To maintain characteristics parameters unchanged, it is necessary to impose the bearing stroke and put the cover effortless in contact with the flywheel, until gap between cover and flywheel is closed.  For this process it is mandatory to use the tool Part no. : 1871003100. B. DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE:  Remove transaxle (Refer transaxle removal procedure).  Lock the flywheel.  Remove 3 alternate mounting bolts of Clutch assembly for fitment of Clutch alignment locking tool.  Fit the Clutch alignment locking tool on the on the clutch assembly.  Introduce the strap part no. C0196010 between the screw and cliquet so as to avoid the movement of adjustment device.
