6F33 TRANSAXLE 31 12. ASSEMBLY OF TRANSAXLE ON VEHICLE: 1. Lift the transaxle assembly using support stand. 2. Support and lower the engine assembly slightly and align transaxle assembly with engine assembly. 3. Fit gearbox housing on to engine by aligning the hole between flex-plate and Torque-Converter lug hole and pretighten them. 4. Fix the ‘B’ mount bolt and tighten it to specified torque. 5. Fix ‘C’ mount bracket to transaxle housing and remove engine support. 6. Start the bolting of flex plate from Slot hole on Flex plate. And Tight all bolts on Flex plate from starter motor side. (Refer docking procedure for further details). 7. Fix the starter motor. 8. Connect earthing cable to Gear Box.
