6F33 TRANSAXLE 29 9. Remove Brake Caliper mounting and hang it on vehicle using S-hook. 10. Disconnect vehicle speed sensor connection from transaxle. 11. Remove ball joint (steering rack) from steering knuckle from both sides. 12. Remove Mountings on lower control arm and disconnect lower control arm. 13. Swing out both drive shafts from transaxle and hang it suitably with the help of hook 5123 5890 2403. CAUTION Do not pull drive shaft excessively as the inboard joint (tripot assembly) will come out of housing and damage the boot. Do not place the CV drive shaft on rough / uncleaned surfaces. This might damage the drive shaft boot. 14. Disconnect earthing cable Gear Box. 15. Disconnect the oil lines from transmission side. 16. Support engine suitably using engine lifting crane. 17. Remove the starter motor.
