DRIVETRAIN-TA65 Star 44 J. TRANSAXLE TA65 STAR (ON BENCH) DISASSEMBLY: 1. Ensure that oil is drained completely from the transaxle before mounting on the work stand. 2. Fix the mounting plate (2702 5890 2610) on work stand 2573 5890 3701 (19a) by using hex bolt in 3 holes of 14mm dia. on the mounting plate. 3. Mount transaxle face on mounting plate and fix it by three hex bolts of M10 size. 4. Remove assembly reverse light switch. Remove the ‘B’ mount bracket if required. 5. Turn the table by 90 0 . 6. Lock input shaft using adapter 2702 5890 2611 . 7. Turn back the table by 90 0 . 8. Remove hex flanged screw holding release lever on to release yoke and take out release lever from release yoke. 9. Remove rear cover.
