TRANSAXLE (NANO AMT) 109 B. ASSEMBLINGTHE TRANSAXLE: 1. Place the differential shim selected (for shim selection refer the Shim selection) in the differential housing in the front half housing. 2. Place the differential assembly on the front half housing. 3. Place the reverse gear shifter bracket in its place in the front housing and tighten its two M8 bolts to a torque of 2.1 ~ 2.5 kgm. 4. Place the lay shaft and the input shaft along with the shifter shaft (including reverse shifter shaft) in their respective places. Ensure that the lay shaft and input shaft gears are meshed. Ensure the proper fitment meshing of the shifter sleeves. 5. Place the spacer and idler gear assembly in its place and mesh the reverse shifter dog to the idler gear. 6. Apply the liquid sealant to the front half mating surface. 7. Place the rear half housing assembly on the front half, such that the mating surfaces match properly.
