TRANSAXLE (NANO AMT) 85 7. Loosen and remove the 9 no’s of bolts on the rear cover of transaxle. 8. Remove the dowel pin of the shifter fork (5 th speed) by slightly hammering from opposite side with suitable tool. 9. Lock input shaft by adaptor 270258902611. 10. Unstake and unscrew the locknuts of lay shaft and input shaft. NOTE: Before removing lock nuts make sure the gear is engaged position. 11. Remove engaging gear (5th speed) along with sleeve and fork taking care that carrier assembly does not slip off. 12. Remove the fifth gear from the lay shaft. 13. Remove needle bearing.
