ENGINE COMPONENTS 30 16. Remove the bolts of exhaust assembly support bracket from gear box housing. 17. Remove the all three nuts of silencer pipe flange from exhaust system assembly. 18. Remove the clinch nuts (nos. 4) of exhaust assembly from cylinder head studs. 19. Remove the exhaust gasket from cylinder head studs. Installation: CAUTION Check the threads of cylinder head stud if found damaged change it. (Apply thread locker ‘Antiseze Thread Compound Qualilub-1001’). 1. Locate and fix the exhaust gasket on cylinder head studs. 2. Locate and align the exhaust assembly to cylinder head studs, silencer pipe flange and exhaust assembly support bracket to gear box housing carefully securing body.
