896 HVAC Removal 1. Drain engine coolant (Refer Engine coolant drain procedure/Engine cooling system) 2. Disconnect heater lines from HVAC unit. 3. Disconnect heater lines from water pump (a) and engine head (b) a b 4. Remove the Heater lines (Refer Heater lines arrangements shown in the exploded view). Inspection 1. Check each hose/line connection for any cracks or cuts. Replace if found any. Installation 1. Connect heater lines at HVAC unit. 2. Connect heater lines at water pump and engine head. 3. Top up engine coolant.
