ELECTRICAL 677 ELECTRICAL 8.11 BRAKE LAMP CHECK FUNCTION The bulb for brake lamp/ parking lamp is checked, every time when ignition key is switched ‘ON’, by turning it ‘ON’, until the engine is started and alternator voltage is developed. CONNECTIONDETAILS: S1- Fluid Level Switch L1 - Lamp for brake fluid level indication / parking brake indication L2 - Lamp for battery charge indication S3 - Ignition Switch / (ignition position) 8.12 POWER SOCKET A power socket is provided on the floor console near the gear shifting lever. This can be used for connecting loads (up to 10Amp maximum) like mobile charger. To use this .remove the Cap first. NOTE: Always keep this socket covered with the cap when not in use. REMOVAL: 1. Remove the floor console. (Refer body group) 2. Disconnect the electrical connector. 3. Pry out the power socket from the console. REFITMENT 1. Fit the power socket on the floor console. 2. Connect the electrical connector. 3. Fit the floor console.
