610 ELECTRICAL 9. Remove upper and lower mounting bolts of the alternator. 10. Take out the alternator from the engine. REFITMENT 1. Mount the alternator by lower mounting and upper adjusting bolts. (Do not tighten the bolts) 2. Fit the alternator-belt on the alternator pulley. 3. Fit the alternator-belt and compressor belt on the damper pulley. 4. Apply tension on alternator belt and tighten upper sliding bolt. 5. Tighten lower mounting bolt. 6. Connect terminal 30 on alternator. 7. Connect the electrical connector. 8. Fit rear shelf and tail gate. 9. Connect battery terminals.
