ENGINE 273 MPFI 173 ENGINE • Unscrew radiator mounting bolts. • Take out the radiator along with fan shroud/duct from vehicle carefully to avoid damage to any of its parts. • Declamp upper cooling hose from radiator. REMOVAL OF RADIATOR FROM VEHICLE • Remove radiator cap (Refer removal of radiator cap) • Remove rear bumper (Refer Rear bumper removal/ Body group). • Drain the coolant from drain plug. • Remove clamp of lower cooling hose and dis- connect cooling hose from radiator. CAUTION Ensure that coolant is at room temprature before dismantling the system. • Disconnect electrical connector of cooling fan.
