OAT sensor short OAT sensor input shorted to battery negative or ground. 13 B190B 15 Ambient Air Temperatu re Sensor Input - circuit short to Battery or Open Post fault >=20 sec delay. No OAT input to Cluster so no OAT output from cluster to TCU. OAT sensor short to Battery or open OAT sensor input shorted to battery positive or open.
