ELECTRICAL 27 Sr No DTC No Code Description Probable causes Rectification/Repair actions 9 P0602 - 57 Control Module Programming Error - invalid / incomplete software component 1) An invalid software downloaded into EPAS ECU. 1) Reflash EPAS ECU with correct software. if DTC are still persists than replace ECU. 10 U0401 - 81 Invalid Data Received From ECM/PCM "A" - invalid serial data received 1) EPAS ECU is getting implausible status for the signal coming from ECM/PCM"A". 1) Follow the process to rectify functional DTC present in ECM/PCM"A". 11 U0423 - 81 Invalid Data Received From Instrument Panel Cluster Control Module - invalid serial data received EPAS ECU is getting implausible status for the signal coming from IPC. 1) Follow the process to rectify functional DTC present in IPC 12 U0423 - 82 Invalid Data Received From Instrument Panel Cluster Control Module - alive / sequence counter incorrect / not updated 1) EPAS ECU receives an expected CAN signal with information indicating that the data is not updated. 1) If DTC is in current state then switch off IGN and wait for 5 min. then switch ON again. If DTC is in history state then clear DTC from ECU memory. 13 U0423 - 83 Invalid Data Received From Instrument Panel Cluster Control Module - value of signal protection calculation incorrect 1) The ECU receives incorrect data due to presence of Electromagnetic Noise in vehicle. 1) If DTC is in current state then switch off IGN and wait for 5 min. then switch ON again. if DTC is in history state then clear DTC from ECU memory. 14 U0100 - 08 Lost Communication With ECM/PCM "A" - Bus Signal / Message Failures 1) No Communication with ECM/PCM"A" ECU. 1) Check ECM/PCM ECU connector is properly connected, if ECU connector does not connect connects the connector to ECU. 2) Check resistance between CAN lines (should be Approx. ~60 ohm). if measured resistance is approximately equal to 120 ohm then ECM/PCM"A" is disconnected form the Network. Connect the ECU to network. 3. Check ECM / PCM ECU power supply line and ground line connection from wiring harness. if any problem repair the wiring line. After fixing the issues check by Diagnostic Tool whether DTC is present in current state or not.
