ELECTRICAL 5 5. REMOVAL AND REFITTMENT OF BATTERY REMOVAL  Open the bonnet.  Remove the Spare wheel. (For this refer the Spare wheel removal procedure.)  Remove the battery mounting clamps.  Remove plastic top cover of battery.  Disconnect the battery negative terminal to body cross member.
