ENGINE 12  Carefully remove Gas rail along with injector from Intake manifold REFITMENT:  For fitment procedure follow the reverse procedure of “Removal”.  Always follow the installation guideline given in this section.  Conduct leak detection test after the fitment of CNG injectors on vehicle 7. GAS RAIL Function: Gas rail act as a CNG fuel reservoir. It has one inlet and two outlet connections / ports. The outlets are connected to gas injectors & inlet is connected to pressure regulator (low pressure side). It is also fitted with a pressure and temperature (P&T) sensor by which fuel density can be calculated. Location: Gas rail is mounted on intake manifold.
