ELECTRICALS 205 Sr. No. Displayed DTC Code DTC Description Fault cause Probable trouble Area 31 P0628 - 11 Fuel pump short to ground Circuit short to ground 1) Loose/ damaged connections. 2) Check the continuity from fuel pump relay connector pin to the ECU pin. 3) Check for back out of pins at ECU connector. 4) Faulty fuel pump or ECU. 32 P0627 - 13 Fuel pump control signal error Circuit open 1) Loose/ damaged connections. 2) Check the continuity from fuel pump relay connector pin to the ECU pin. 3) Check for back out of pins at ECU connector. 4) Faulty fuel pump or ECU. 33 P0336 - 1C Crankshaft position sensor error Circuit voltage out of range 1) Loose/ damaged connections or intermittent fault. 2) Sensor supply line short circuit to battery/ ground. 3) Sensor signal line short circuit to battery/ ground. 4) Check the continuity from sensor connector pins to the ECU pins. 5) Check for back out of pins at both sensor connector and ECU connector. 6) Check for damage of pins at both sensor connector and ECU connector. 7) Faulty crankshaft position sensor. 8) Faulty ECU. 34 P0262 - 12 Injector 1 short to battery Circuit short to battery 1) Loose/ damaged connections or intermittent fault. 2) INJ supply line short circuit to battery/ ground. 3) INJ control line short circuit to battery/ ground. 4) Check the continuity from injector connector pins to the ECU pins. 5) Check for back out of pins at both sensor connector and ECU connector. 6) Check for damage of pins at both sensor connector and ECU connector. 7) Faulty INJ or ECU. 35 P0261 - 11 Cylinder 1 injector circuit low - cylinder 1 injector short to ground Circuit short to ground 1) Loose/ damaged connections or intermittent fault. 2) INJ supply line short circuit to battery/ ground. 3) INJ control line short circuit to battery/ ground. 4) Check the continuity from injector connector pins to the ECU pins. 5) Check for back out of pins at both sensor connector and ECU connector. 6) Check for damage of pins at both sensor connector and ECU connector. 7) Faulty INJ or ECU.
