TRANSAXLE TA6300 45 LAY SHAFT ASSEMBLY: 1st / 2nd SYNCHROPACK ASSEMBLY: 1. Place Needle Cage. 2. Place 1 st gear assembly with synchronizer ring. 3. Insert twin cone on 1 st gear such that intermediate cone lugs fits into 1st gear slots. 4. Place the engaging gear assembly 1st and 2nd such that the reverse gear tooth over it is towards the 2nd gear. Lock the snap ring. 5. Place Assy twin cone 1 st /2 nd on engaging gear. 6. Place Needle Cage
