TRANSAXLE TA6300 40 5. Remove 4th gear, needle cage by pulling synchronizer sleeve. 6. Remove snap ring & take out engaging gear. 7. Remove 3rd gear, needle cage by pulling synchronizer sleeve. NOTE: Inner Race of cylindrical roller bearing will be remain on input shaft. INPUT SHAFT ASSEMBLY 3rd / 4th SYNCHROPACK ASSEMBLY: 1. Place the 3rd gear on input shaft. 2. Place the needle cage 3rd gear on input shaft. 3. Place the synchro cone (3rd /4th /5th /6th) on 3rd gear. 4. Place the engaging gear 3rd/ 4 th Assy.such that the smaller groove is upwards and assemble.
