1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 177 viii. FITMENT OF EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND OTHER COMPONENTS 1. Fit the exhaust manifold gasket. Make sure to use new gasket when installing exhaust manifold. 2. Install the exhaust manifold fasten the mounting fasteners to the specified torque. 3. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield. 4. Place the gasket and the mounting stud of turbocharger. Make sure to use new gasket when installing. 5. Install the turbo charger assembly along with the heat shield. 6. Install the lubrication lines connecting to the turbocharger. Make sure to use new gasket when installing.
