1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 166 iii. FITMENT OF CYLINDER BLOCK SUB- ASSEMBLIES 1. Install the piston cooling nozzles. 2. Install thrust washer upper half. NOTE  Ensure that upper thrust washer notch should be perfectly aligned on cylinder block groove and vertical grooves on the thrust washer should be facing towards crankshaft side. 3. Install all the upper main bearing half shell. 4. Install the Crankshaft into the cylinder block. 5. Install the thrust washer lower half shell.
