1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 151 viii. REMOVAL OF CYLINDER HEAD 1. Remove the camshaft bearing cap on the front end. 2. Remove the oil seal on the shaft. 3. Remove the thrust and inner bearing cap of the intake and exhaust camshaft. 4. Remove the intake and exhaust camshaft along with its gear. 5. Loosen and remove the mounting bolts of cylinder head cover in specified sequence. 6. Slightly lift the cylinder head to clear locating hollow dowel in crank case, and place it on a table .
