1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 142 iv. REMOVAL OF EXHAUST MANIFOLD 1. Remove the mounting fasteners of the lubrication lines connected to the turbocharger and remove them. 2. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners and take out the turbo charger heat shield along with the support bracket. 3. Disconnect the vacuum hose connected to the turbocharger. 4. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners and take out the turbo charger assembly. 5. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners and take out the exhaust manifold heat shield.
