1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 139 ii. REMOVAL OF INTAKE MANIFOLD 1. Remove the mounting fasteners of the air intake elbow and remove the elbow. 2. Remove the mounting bracket and the H.P. fuel line connected to the fuel rail by removing its mounting fasteners. NOTE Cover the opening of the fuel rail with suitable plugs. 3. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners and take out the EGR tube assembly. 4. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners and take out the intake manifold assembly. 5. Remove the glow plugs from the cylinder head using suitable tools. 6. Disconnect the back leak hose assembly.
