1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 110 B. RADIATOR REMOVAL 1. Drain the coolant and remove the coolant tank. (For procedure refer "Coolant replacement" in Engine Maintenance section) 2. Remove the front bumper. (Refer front bumper removal procedure from Body section). 3. Disconnect the electrical connections of the cooling fan shroud. 4. Remove the spring clamp and disconnect the hose connecting between thermostat and radiator. 5. Remove the spring clamp and disconnect the integral radiator hose. 6. Disconnect the overflow tube from radiator to auxiliary tank. 7. Remove the intercooler. (For procedure refer intercooler removal process).
