1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 141 8. Lock the tensioner by using locking pin and remove the tensioner. SPECIAL TOOL  Pin-Timing chain tensioner plunger locking – 5424 5890 06 04 9. Remove the movable guide rail. 10. Remove fixed guide rail. 11. Remove the timing chain from the gear train assembly.
