1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 111 3. Take out the main silencer assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. FRONT PIPE ASSY. WITH PRE-SILENCER REMOVAL 1. Disconnect the exhaust front pipe loosen the clamp near Catcon and remove the bolt on the engine. 2. Remove the rubber hanger from front end of pre silencer and other one is from rear end. 3. Take out the Pre silencer assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. CLOSED CATALYTIC CONVERTER REMOVAL 1. Remove all the electrical connections. 2. Remove both the lambda sensor. 3. Disconnect the exhaust front pipe by loosening the clamp bolts. 4. Remove the top mounting bolts of the exhaust heat shield.
