SRS / Airbag ECU AB12 DTC Troubleshooting Guide Version: 2.0 Date: 21-June-2021 Troubleshooting:- DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. 542454209940 IS DTC PRESENT? CLEAR DTC . TURN OFF & ON IGNITION . IS DTC STILL P RESENT ? CHECK WHETHER THE DSP SENSOR CONNECTED TO THE WIRING HARNESS IS HAVING THE TML PART NUMBER IS PART NUMBER CORRECT ? REPLACE WITH THE CORRECT DSP YES NO NO YES YES TURN OFF & ON IGNITION. CLEAR DTC & CHECK FOR DTC’s IS DTC PRESENT? NO CLEAR DTC’s. TURN OFF & ON IGNITION & CHECK FOR DTC’s STOP RE - CONNECT THE ECU, DSP & W/H MODULE IN THE VEHICLE YES REPLACE THE AIRBAG ECU WITH A NEW ONE NO NO YES IS DTC STILL PRESENT? START TURN ON IGNITION. CONNECT THE DIAGNOSTIC TOOL AND CHECK FOR DTC’s B100C-4A:- Left Side Peripheral sensor Incorrect component installed
