Troubleshooting:- B1647 – 06 : Algorithm based failure Start Connect the Diagnostic Tool and check for DTCs Is DTC B1647 – 06 present? STOP Check DTC present is Current or history Yes History? Yes Is DTC B1647 – 06 present? C Yes C Vehicle cranked ? Replace PEPS and pair with ESCL and check if vehicle is getting cranked. Pair PEPS with ESCL and check if vehicle is getting cranked. 1. Clear the DTC from memory. 2. Turn the IGN to OFF. 3. Start the IGN. 4. Check for DTCs. No Vehicle cranked ? PEPS was faulty Use old PEPS. Replace ESCL and pair PEPS with ESCL and check if vehicle is getting cranked. Vehicle cranked ? Use fresh PEPS and fresh ESCL ECUs and pair them. No Yes No Yes No Yes No No ESCL was faulty
