DTC’ s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points before handing over the system to the customer a) Battery voltage should be 9-16v. b) Ensure ECU connector is place correctly. c) In the absence of OAT sensor IC shall display ‘ --- ‘ deg. C. d) Check and ensure OAT Sensor input & follows the same Deg. C value on display. e) Check also in vehicle driving condition & check the temperature change on display. Circuit Schematic Diagram:-
