B2232 - 12: Mirror Fold/Unfold Switch - Circuit short to Battery Overview: ISO Code B2232 - 12 Customer Symptom Mirror does not operate. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Mirror does not operate. Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition This fault will be logged after the input switch test routine execution. User has to operate the switch manually during routine. If short to battery fault is detected for Mirror Fold/Unfold Switch, then this DTC code will be returned with the routine results. Normal Operating Condition There should not be any fault returned by routine Probable Trouble Area 1. BCM connector wired wrong. 2. Mirror Fold/Unfold Switch side wiring harness short to battery. 3. BCM ECU fault. 4. Switch damaged or stuck. Healing Condition 1. Ignition OFF  ON 2. Clear DTC Command Component Details: Mirror Fold/Unfold Switch, BCM connector Functionality: If the Mirror Fold/Unfold Switch is short to battery, then mirror does not operate. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage. Trouble Shooting:
