B1619 - 11: Internal Lock Switch - Circui t Short to Ground START Connect Diagnostic tool and Run Input Test Routine and operate the switches as mentioned in the input switch test routine specification . Is DTC B1619 – 11 logged by Routine? Disconnect veh iclebattery connection. (Please follow the safety guidelines) Check connection between BCMand Master Actuator lock signal pin Are connectors loose? Correct connector fault (Terminals Bend) 1.RemoveBCM Connector. 2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged Is connector faulty? STOP 1. Unlock the veh icle 2. Check continuity between BCM connector p in [C4- 3] Harness side) with Ground [C1-34/C1-47] Continu ity Found? 1. Remove Internal Lock Switch 2. Perform visual check of connectors for pin bend or damaged Reconnect connectors f irmly Internal Lock Switch Faulty? Correct Connector fault (Terminal Bend) NO YES YES NO YES YES YES NO NO NO Check if Driver door lock signal input[wiring harness side] is shorted to ground [C095-5]. Correct Internal Lock Switch side wiring harness (Short to Ground) 1. Lock and then Un lock the vehicle using RKE or internal knob Check if Unlocking action is successful? Reconnect all connectors f irmly YES Correct BCMside wiring harness ( Short to Ground) Continu ity Found? YES NO NO Connect battery and other connectors of BCM ECU, if disconnected.
