B1619 - 11: Internal Lock Switch - Circuit Short to Ground Overview: ISO Code (DTC Code) B1619 - 11 Customer Symptom Doors always locked. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Doors always locked. Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition This fault will be logged after the input switch test routine execution. User has to operate the switch manually during routine. If short to ground fault is detected for Internal Lock Switch, then this DTC code will be returned with the Routine results. Normal Operating Condition There should not be any fault returned by routine Probable Trouble Area 1. BCM connector wired wrong. 2. Internal Lock Switch side wiring harness short to ground. 3. BCM ECU fault. 4. Switch damaged or stuck. Healing Condition 1. Ignition OFF  ON 2. Clear DTC Command Component Details: Internal Lock Switch, BCM connector Functionality: If the Internal Lock Switch is short to Ground, then the door is in lock state. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (9V-16V) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage. Trouble Shooting:
