1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 131 5. Assemble the tensioner and Lock the chain tensioner with pin. SPECIAL TOOL  Pin-Timing chain tensioner plunger locking – 5424 5890 06 04 6. Assemble the fixed guide rail. 7. Assemble the movable guide. 8. Adjust the tension of Timing chain by unlock the tensioner by removing locking pin. 9. Tighten the VCT and Exhaust camshaft sprocket by specific torque. 10. Assemble cam chain guide 11. Spread the liquid red sealant on timing cover without spilling the sealant in threaded holes.
