1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 117 9. Remove fixed guide rail. 10. Remove the Timing chain from the gear train assembly. 11. Remove the VCT and exhaust camshaft sprocket. 12. Remove the crankshaft sprocket by removing key. VII. Removal of Cylinder Head and Camshaft. 1. Remove the Cylinder Head Cover from the engine & carefully placed the rubber gasket apart. 2. Remove the Cylinder Head attaching bolts along with the washers, starting from the ends of the cylinder head and working inwards to the center. 3. Remove ITG Bearing Cap Upper.
