1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 116 VI. Removal of Timing Chain 1. Remove crankshaft front oil seal. 2. Remove Timing Cover Front with front oil seal. 3. Keep the piston at top dead center by rotating crankshaft. 4. Lock the flywheel 5. Remove the camshaft carrier. 6. Soft loosen the VCT and exhaust camshaft sprocket before removal of 7. Lock the tensioner by using locking pin and remove the tensioner. SPECIAL TOOL  Pin-Timing chain tensioner plunger locking – 5424 5890 06 04 8. Remove movable guide rail.
