1.05L REVOTORQ ENGINE 101 C. Fuel Tank : Removal : 1. Place the vehicle in a 2 post lift. 2. Disconnect the electrical connections of the in-tank pump and the fuel lines. 3. Relieve the Pressure in the System by opening the Fuel Filler Cap. 4. Raise the vehicle. 5. Disconnect the fuel filler hose (1) and breather hose (2). 6. Remove the Quick connector of return line and delivery line. 7. Remove the mounting screw and take out the pressure regulator from mounting bracket. 8. Remove the Dead Plug. 9. Support the fuel tank from below. 10. Remove the mounting bolts and lower the tank carefully. INSPECTION  Check all hoses and pipes connected to fuel tank for leaks, loose connections, deterioration or damage. Replace if necessary.  Check fuel pump and fuel level gauge gaskets for leaks, cracks etc. Replace if necessary.  Visually inspect fuel tank for leaks and damage. Replace if necessary.
