1.05L REVOTORQ ENGINE 96 D. COOLING SYSTEM :  On Vehicle Repairs : A. Intercooler : Removal : 1. Remove the front bumper. (Refer front bumper removal procedure from body section). 2. Loosen spring clamp and disconnect the intercooler inlet hose. 3. Loosen spring clamp and disconnect the outlet hose. 4. Loosen and remove the 2 bolts and take out the intercooler assembly. Fitment : For fitment follow reverse procedure for removal. B. Radiator : Removal : 1. Drain the coolant and remove the coolant tank. (For procedure refer "Coolant replacement" in Engine Maintenance section) 2. Disconnect the radiator integral hose.
