AIR CONDITIONING 17 11.6 SERVICING PROCEDURE FOR SUBROS IF FITTED 11.6.1 REMOVAL AND REFITMENT OF CABLES FROM HVAC Removal of cable: 1. Push the Bowden clip in arrow direction for removing it. 2. Remove the cable coil from the respective cams. RE-FITMENT OF CABLE: 1. Straighten the Bowden cables, before starting the assembly. 2. Fix the ends of the cable to the HVAC control panel. WARNING: Put the cable with white tag in black gear and the blue tag cable in white gear. 3. While assembly of Bowden cable knob should keep on face mode. For Temperature Cable: The temperature knob should be in full cold position while assembling the cable. 4. For Air Distribution Cable: Put the eyelet in distribution cam. For Temperature Cable: Put the eyelet in mixing cam. 5. Insert cable in lock clamp at white and blue taps respectively. 6. Insert white bush on the control cable coil after insertion of coil in lever. 7. Check Control panel Knob rotation for proper function of the Kinematics.
