BRAKES 43 2. Pull off the brake disc. Inspection Refer Maintenance, Adjustment and Test for Brake Disc inspection. Installation 1. Clean mating faces of hub and new brake disc. 3. Mount brake disc onto hub and tighten two screws to specified torque (0.6 – 0.8 Kg-m) 4. Install the caliper assembly to the steering knuckle and tighten two bolts to specified torque (7.0 – 8.0 Kg-m) 5. Tighten wheel mounting nuts to specified torque (7.9 – 8.1 Kg-m) and fit wheel/s. 7.10.3 REMOVAL AND REFITMENT OF TMC & BOOSTER ASSEMBLY NOTE: Overhauling of TMC & BOOSTER ASSEMBLY is not recommended. It is recommended to replace TMC and Booster assembly separately whenever required. Removal: 1. Position vehicle on two postlift and disconnect battery. 2. Drain brake oil. 3. Disconnect the electrical connector of brake fluid level switch. 4. Disconnect clutch master cylinder hose from reservoir.
