DRIVETRAIN C549 8 E. CLUTCH PEDAL ASSEMBLY – REMOVAL 1. To disconnect Clutch pedal box disconnect snap type push rod of clutch master cylinder from assembly 2. Loosen and remove the Clutch mounting M8 nuts from panel firewall RHD. 3. Loosen and remove the Clutch upper mounting M8 nut from panel firewall RHD. 4. Pull out the Clutch Mounting bracket along with clutch pedal from the driver’s foot control area. INSTALLATION 1. Hold the clutch control bracket on firewall. 2. Tighten the Clutch upper mounting M8 nut. 3. Tighten the Clutch mounting M8 nuts on panel firewall RHD. F CLUTCH SWITCH ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE Note - Clutch switch setting is not recommended for Quadrajet, It is highly precise and done at supplier end.
