ENGINE 1.3L QUADRAJET (90PS) 56 3A.1.2.3.3 ENGINE OIL PUMP - REMOVAL AND FITMENT 1. Remove the cap (1a) and remove the oil pressure relief valve (1b). 2. Remove the bolts (2a) and remove the engine oil intake duct (2b) complete with gasket (2c) 3. Remove the bolts (1a) and remove the oil pump cover (1b). 4. Remove the drive gear (2). 5 Remove the driven gear (2). 6. Remove the crankshaft front oil seal. 7. Check that the radial clearance between the driven gear and the pump casing is wi thin the recommended limits of 0.1mm ~ 0.23mm; if this is not the case, replace the oil pump assembly.
