SAFARI STORME MY14
ELECTRICAL 156 DISARM STATE: If vehicle is in arm or pre arm state (i.e. vehicle state is lock) and remote unlock button is pressed, vehicle goes in disarm state. During 20 sec. pre arm state, if ignition or crank is made on vehicle returns to the disarm state. Vehicle goes in disarm state if vehicle is in unlock state due to: Reverse cycling Inertia activation Actuator faculty condition NOTE: Theft can not be detected in disarm and prearm state. PRE ARM STATE: On remote lock button press, the vehicle changes the state from disarm to 20 sec pre arm when vehicle get auto relock after 45 sec, vehicle will enter into pre-arm state, if it was unlocked from pre arm state ( provided auto relock feature is enable ). ARMED STATE: The armed state is entered upon completion of the pre-armed state. Any alarm inputs that remained undetected after the 20s pre- arm are ignored ( not scanned ). If any previously open system input becomes closed after the 20s pre-arm delay and during the armed state, it will be subsequently be scanned as a valid alarm system input. Vehicle alarm system starts hooting for 30 sec and flashing for 5 min due to any of the following conditions: - Turning the Ignition to RUN or START ( CRANK ) with key after 20 s pre-arm phase. Any door including tailgate and bonnet is “seen” as open ( ajar switch changes state ) The radio sense line becomes open circuit If during an alarm event, the power is disconnected to the system/ vehicle, upon reconnection, the system will continue in the state it was before the disconnection. A power disconnection and reconnection must not affect the alarm system. NOTE: A maximum of 10 alarm sequences (theft conditions) can be detected in the same arm state. Once the vehicle goes in disarm state, the counter resets to zero. FORCE PANIC: When both remote lock and remote unlock buttons are pressed simultaneously, forced panic state gets activated. Hooting and flashing will start continuously. The hooting and flashing can be stopped by either lock or unlock button press. It will return to disarm state if force panic is activated from disarm state otherwise it will go in arm state. NOTE: During force panic state, if lock or unlock button on remote is pressed, it will stop force panic indication and no actuator or arm state operation takes place.
